  • Scope : To formulate Indian Standards for terminology, methods of sampling and test; and specification for: i) Ceramic Raw Materials; ii) Whiteware, all types of ceramic table ware (excluding porcelain insulators, sanitary ware, tiles, salt glazed pipes & fittings; and ceramic laboratory ware); iii) Technical Ceramics; and iv) Ceramic Coated Metal ware (excluding wares used in hospitals)
